Our Mission
The MISSION at ABC Pediatric Therapy of Mississippi is to ensure the highest quality of patient care and therapy services for every child through the use of evidenced-based treatment and clinical expertise. Our hope is to provide children with the ability to develop the skills necessary to independently function, play, and thrive in their daily lives.
Our Services
We provide Occupational Therapy services to children of all abilities. We specialize in delivering functional play-based services for children birth to 21 years of age to fulfill their daily life activities and be as independent as possible. Our experienced team provides screens, evaluations, individualized treatment, and caregiver education/training.

Dr. Jessica Whalum, OTR/L, CAS, CPRCS
Dr. Whalum has extensive knowledge and experience in the field of Occupational Therapy. Jessica received her Master of Occupational Therapy degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center and received a Post-Professional Occupational Therapy Doctorate degree from Boston University. Dr. Whalum’s pediatric background includes early
Dr. Whalum has extensive knowledge and experience in the field of Occupational Therapy. Jessica received her Master of Occupational Therapy degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center and received a Post-Professional Occupational Therapy Doctorate degree from Boston University. Dr. Whalum’s pediatric background includes early intervention, outpatient pediatrics, and school-based services. As a practicing therapist, Dr. Whalum has earned several certifications including Certified Autism Specialist, Handwriting Without Tears, and Certified Primitive Reflex Clinical Specialist.
